Information about the authenticity of customer reviews

Our customer reviews come exclusively from verified buyers, who actually purchased the product. Every review is based on authenticity and abuse checked to ensure that our customers receive an honest and receive trustworthy assessment. We only publish reviews from verified buyers.

In our personal customer portal, the review link is only displayed if the customer has actually purchased the product after an online purchase. Reviews for products that have not been purchased are not possible.

Products marked as "Demo", "Free" or similar will automatically be excluded from the review function.
