Forex AI Signals – Documentation & Strategy

This documentation explains the AI trading signals for four currency pairs, the meaning of BUY/SELL messages delivered by email and Telegram, and how you may implement them with your broker. Signals are decision support; they do not execute trades automatically.

1. Markets Covered

Forex markets can respond to interest-rate decisions, economic data and different trading sessions. Daily analysis reduces the emphasis on short-term noise but does not eliminate market risk.

  • EURUSD – Euro / US dollar
  • GBPUSD – British pound / US dollar
  • USDCAD – US dollar / Canadian dollar
  • USDJPY – US dollar / Japanese yen

2. How Does the AI Generate Trading Signals?

The model processes daily OHLCV market data: Open, High, Low, Close and Volume. It calculates technical features from these observations and evaluates them using machine-learning methods.

The documented 5-indicator system includes:

  • RSI (Relative Strength Index): measures relative upward and downward price movements.
  • ROC (Rate of Change): measures percentage price change over a period.
  • Williams %R: places the closing price within a previous trading range.
  • OBV (On-Balance Volume): combines price direction with volume information.
  • MACD: examines trend and momentum using differences between moving averages.

The model applies a combination of these features to historical market behavior to estimate a possible daily direction. No single indicator is by itself a buy or sell instruction.

3. Walk-Forward Analysis and No Repaint

Walk-forward: In the documented historical process, each daily calculation uses only data that would have been available by that day. This is designed to avoid accidental use of future information (look-ahead bias).

No repaint: Once published and stored, a signal is not retrospectively changed. A new daily analysis can point in another direction, but it does not rewrite earlier published signals.

These features support transparency; neither guarantees future forecast accuracy or profits.

4. Understanding BUY, SELL and NO-SIGNAL

  • BUY: A new buy signal or a shift to a long market direction.
  • SELL: A new sell signal or a shift to a short market direction.
  • NO-SIGNAL: No new trading signal is available. This is not automatically an instruction to close an existing position.

Signals are sent via email and Telegram. A new message may specify an entry level, which you should compare with your broker's current tradable price. Daily updates are also sent when no new signal is generated.

5. Entering a Trade Using an Email Signal

The following cases refer to the entry price specified in the received BUY or SELL signal. They do not imply that an instrument will always be available for trading when you read the message.

  • BUY with the entry above the current price: A buy stop order at the designated level is one possible implementation.
  • SELL with the entry below the current price: A sell stop order at the designated level is one possible implementation.
  • Price has already passed the entry: Do not automatically chase the market. Verify that the signal is still valid, the quoted instrument matches and your risk limit is respected.

EURUSD example: A BUY email specifies 1.0850 as the entry price. When you read it, EURUSD is at 1.0835. Since the intended entry is above the current price, a buy stop at 1.0850 can trigger if that level is reached. Execution at exactly 1.0850 is not guaranteed.

USDCAD SELL example: The email specifies an entry at 1.3800 and the current price is 1.3830. A sell stop at 1.3800 can trigger when the entry level is reached.

Important: A stop-entry order is triggered when its condition is met, but the actual execution price may differ due to spreads, gaps and slippage. Set your own expiry rule for pending orders, for example when an opposing signal arrives or a predefined deadline passes.

6. What Happens When the Direction Changes?

How a new signal is handled depends on your selected strategy:

  • Long only: BUY opens a long position; SELL closes an existing long position. No short position is opened.
  • Short only: SELL opens a short position; BUY closes an existing short position. No long position is opened.
  • Long/short: On a confirmed direction change, the existing position is closed and – if included in your trading plan – a new opposite position is opened.

Example: You are short after the previous signal and a new BUY message arrives. Under a long/short strategy, you close the short and plan a possible long entry using the new BUY level. Under a short-only strategy, you simply close the short.

7. Forex-Specific Considerations

  • Forex trades almost around the clock on five trading days. Daily candles may have different boundaries depending on the data provider and server timezone.
  • Currency pairs have different quote conventions and pip sizes. For example, USDJPY commonly uses a different pip convention from EURUSD.
  • Spread, swaps, leverage and execution affect actual results. Your broker's price may differ from the entry level shown in the signal.
  • Depending on the data source, forex volume may represent tick volume rather than centralized exchange volume.

8. Stop Loss and Position Size

According to the service FAQ, the signals do not include a personalized stop loss or take profit. These depend on your trading instrument, account size, volatility and risk tolerance.

  • Recent high/low: For a long trade, consider a stop below a meaningful low; for a short trade, above a meaningful high.
  • ATR-based stop: Set the distance with reference to market volatility, such as a multiple of Average True Range.
  • Break-even: Consider moving the stop towards entry after favorable price movement; costs and execution risk remain.
  • Trailing stop: Adjust the stop as the position moves favorably.
  • Partial profit: Close part of the position and manage the remainder with your chosen rules.

Risk-budget example: With an account worth €10,000 and planned risk of 1%, the nominal risk budget is €100 per trade. Calculate the appropriate units or lots using the stop distance and the actual monetary value of each price or pip movement for the specific instrument. Fees, slippage and gaps can increase realized losses.

9. Signal Duration and Performance Metrics

Signals use daily market data rather than an intraday scalping approach. A signal direction may remain active for several days or weeks. Daily messages do not necessarily mean daily new trades.

  • Equity: Calculated development of assumed capital under the displayed strategy.
  • Forecast Rate: Share of daily directional forecasts that were correct.
  • Trade WinRate: Share of closed trades that ended in profit.

Forecast Rate and Trade WinRate are not identical. Historical metrics depend on the period, execution model, fees and risk assumptions and do not guarantee future performance.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive a new trade recommendation every day?

No. Daily email and Telegram updates are sent, but a new BUY or SELL signal is generated only when the market setup qualifies. The overview also includes a review of the last 90 days.

What if the signal email does not arrive?

Check your spam folder and add the sender to your trusted-sender list. Contact email support if the problem persists.

Do I have to trade all four currency pairs?

No. You can choose individual pairs according to your trading plan. Keep in mind that US-dollar pairs may react to the same economic news at the same time.

Does my package renew automatically?

No. The chosen access period is paid for once. Signal delivery ends on expiry; purchasing a new period is optional.

11. Additional Information

Risk Disclosure: Forex leverage, price gaps and rapid news-driven moves can result in losses; stop orders do not guarantee execution at a specific price. AI signals provide general market information, not personalized investment advice or a promise of profit. Always establish a risk budget before trading.
